You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise. 3. Permitted use Kurota provides Japanese language lessons, review tools, progress tracking, and community features. Do not misuse the service, break the law, harass others, impersonate people, publish unlawful or infringing material, probe security controls, automate abusive traffic, scrape personal data, or interfere with availability. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect learners, the service, or legal rights. 4. Community content You keep ownership of content you post. You give kurota.app a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate and improve Kurota. You confirm that you have the rights needed to post it. Deleting a post or account removes it from active systems, subject to normal backup retention and legal obligations. 5. Service and Pro access Features may change as the Japanese course develops. Any Pro entitlement, price, renewal term, or payment condition will be shown before a paid transaction is offered. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and maintenance or security events may temporarily limit access. 6. Suspension and termination You may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements, or harmful conduct. Disclaimers and liability Kurota is an educational aid, not a guarantee of fluency, certification, employment, or a particular result. Changes and governing law We may update these Terms and will post the effective date; material changes may also be announced in the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
